Two practices. One standard.
Most of our work sits at the intersection of risk and training — controls only work when the people running them know what to do.
Risk management
Enterprise risk frameworks aligned to ISO 31000, plus the audits, registers and treatment plans that make them work day-to-day.

----- WHAT WE DO

The overlap is where the value is
Build the control, then train the people who run it. Most engagements pair both — and that’s exactly why the auditor notices the difference.

Risk management consists of understanding, evaluating and implementing effective enterprise risk management. Our people have worked in large and small organizations and experienced the issues that can arise where risk either disregarded or just forgotten. They are also backed with formal qualifications. In many instances support is needed to analyze and develop strategies. These must then be implemented. Be they corporate strategies in the boardroom to occupational health and safety in the work environment. Training usually plays a critical role for knowledge and motivation needed for change implementation.
To support change, Queon can help to develop risk registers, monitoring schedules and auditing. We can also design and deliver training. This is where the synergy of risk management and training skills become complementary.
